    You'll need to craft "Number 90: Galaxy Eyes Photon Lord" and "Number 38: Hope Harbinger Dragon Titanic Galaxy." You'll also want a copy of "Rage of Cipher" (in addition to 3 copies of "Origin of the Galaxy"). Add "Maxx C" and "Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring" and you've got a really nasty deck with TONS of combos and potential for very little effort. (Some exceptions and restrictions apply)
