Route 226 Tips and Strategies

Read Pokemon Descriptions in Different Language

After surfing through the first part of the ocean, you'll find a house on a small island. This house belongs to Meister, a multilingual trainer. Talk to him, and he'll power up your Pokedex so you can read the descriptions of Pokemon in other languages. But not all, only his favorite Pokemon. Check the poster near the TV for the list of his favorite Pokemon.

Trade Finneon for a German Magikarp

Talk to the Meister again, and he will ask if you have a Pokemon Finneon. Trade your Finneon if you wish to have his German Magikarp with the nickname Foppo.
