I've never found a fossil, I've finished Dimond and I'm at the third badge in pearl
I've found probably 5 craniodos fossils before I beat the 3rd gym
I found the Armor fossil and I have 3 badges
I just found my first fossil (Helix/Omanyte), right before challenging Victory Road. Praying for an Old Amber or the one for Shieldon
Have not found any fossils and have beaten most of the game
You don't need to National dex to get all fossils. I've got them all before 8th gym
You don't need a Nationaldex for Dome Fossil! I got one before even challenging the Elite 4.
