Pokemon HOME's Version 2.0.0 is now available and adds compatibility to Pokemon BDSP. This allows player transfer Pokemon from Pokemon BDSP to Pokemon Home and Pokemon: Legends Arceus.

New Pokemon HOME Features

With Version 2.0 of Pokemon HOME, there are a lot of features added to Pokemon HOME. These include:

✓ Transfer Compatible Pokemon BDSP to Legends: Arceus and SWSH.

Pokemon HOME Restrictions for BDSP Pokemon

Pokemon BDSP is the Generation 4 Sinnoh region remake of Pokemon Diamond and Pearl. With this, players can transfer their Pokemon to and from Pokemon Legends: Arceus since Hisui is more or less, ancient Sinnoh.

Here are the confirmed restrictions that you should be looking out for if transferring Pokemon to Pokemon Legends: Arceus from BDSP:

Pokemon HOME Restrictions
✗ Only Pokemon present in the destination game's Pokedex can be transferred.
✗ Moves are not carried over to another game; it will be replaced with the four recent moves that can be learned on that game considering the Pokemon's level.
✗ Alpha Pokemon become normal Pokemon when transferred out of Legends: Arceus. However, revert back to its Alpha form when brought back to Legends: Arceus.
✗ Pokemon transferred from Legends: Arceus receive random abilities considering Pokemon from Legends: Arceus have no Abilities.
