Poke Radar Guide and All Pokemon
Drifloon is one of the most easily missable Pokemon in the Sinnoh Dex. The only trainer battles available in the entire game that have Drifloon are doable only while undertaking Fantina's Gym Challenge, which means that it will be locked out once you defeat Fantina.
In case this happens, a Drifloon will appear in the middle of Valley Windworks every Friday. This event will trigger once you beat Team Galactic inside the building. If you did not battle nor catch the Drifloon, it will disappear the following day.
How to Unlock the National Dex
You can catch a Buizel in the grass next to the Windworks building. Buizel is a strong Water-type Pokemon to have in your party if you didn't pick Piplup.
Buizel is a relatively fast Pokemon and will evolve into the faster Floatzel at Lv. 26. Adding a Water-type Pokemon is very useful for Gym Leader Byron, whose last two Pokemon are weak to Water-type moves.
Buizel and Shellos are both good Pokemon to consider when looking for a Water-type to add to your team. These two have strong evolutions in Floatzel and Gastrodon.
Shellos evolves into Gastrodon which gains a secondary typing in Ground. Water/Ground is one of the best type combination in the game as it is only weak against Grass-types.
Floatzel on the other hand has access to good coverage moves such as Ice-fang. Additionally, it is statistically better than Gastrodon.
