| 1 | Visit the Ribbon Syndicate Building if you already have 10 Ribbons accross your party. |
| 2 | Travel to Route 230. To reach Route 230, go northwest of the route and surf through the ocean. |
You can only access the Ribbon Syndicate building if your party has 10 Ribbons in total, with each Pokemon having at least 1. Being a member of Ribbon Syndicate will give you access to the Spa. Going to the Spa with your Pokemon will make them more friendly.
