    I think the Oval stone evolves Happiny in to Chansey, not C to Blissey. I caught C lv.16 on 209, have been using it to catch Unknown. She's up to 25 now, and I've held back from evolving to Blissey atleast 3x until I'm done with the ruins. Happiny won't evolve without the stone. I could be wrong, though.

    I second the Misdreavus encounter in Shining Pearl. I got it on the fifth floor.

    Can also encounter Mismagius in here (at least in Shining Pearl)
