How to Get to the Lost Tower

The Lost Tower is located in the northern area of Route 209. To get there fast, simply fly to Solaceon Town and head south until you reach the Lost Tower.

Lost Tower Objectives

Steps to proceed through Lost Tower
1 Enter the building climb the stairs.
2 Travel west. Make your way up to the last floor.
There are several items that you can pick up while climbing the tower, so keep your eyes peeled.
3 Talk to the old ladies.
You will receive Strength (HM04) and Cleanse Tag.
4 Travel to Solaceon Town.

You can get TM96 Strength from an old woman at the top floor of the Lost Tower. Don't forget to get this move as it is very important in order for you to progress through the story.

Get Oval Egg to Evolve Happiny

Pokemon BDSP HappinyHappiny Level Up at Day while holding Oval Stone Pokemon BDSP ChanseyChansey

If you were able to hatch the Happiny Egg obtained from the Hiker in Hearthome City, you can use the Oval Stone from the Lost Tower to evolve it into Chansey.

Let Happiny hold the Oval Stone and raise its level during daytime for it to evolve into Chansey.

Hold Cleanse Tag to Decrease Wild Encounter Chance

If you want to have less wild encounters while walking in tall grass, let your lead Pokemon hold Cleanse Tag which you can obtain at the top floor of the Lost Tower.

I think the Oval stone evolves Happiny in to Chansey, not C to Blissey. I caught C lv.16 on 209, have been using it to catch Unknown. She's up to 25 now, and I've held back from evolving to Blissey atleast 3x until I'm done with the ruins. Happiny won't evolve without the stone. I could be wrong, though.
