I do not think they get wasted because I have been able to use a vitamin into a third stat after maxing out two stats and the stat for the third does in fact go up.

So we know that ev goes up to 254 points, but with 26 vitamins, does the ev stop at 252 or will it waste the 2 extra points into 254?
P sure you can buy ev berries for 1 BP each, not 10 BP
What about ev training using vs seeker like in the original games?? Fighting one dude with 6 magikarps on bridge after eterna forest much better than finding them by fishing?!
