The Glovewort Picker's Bell Bearing allows you to unlock Grave Gloveworts that you can purchase for an unlimited amount from the Twin Maiden Husks in the Roundtable Hold.

Note that the Great Grave Glovewort cannot be purchased from the Twin Maiden Husks. Instead, you can find them as loot from various locations and as a reward for completing certain questlines.

You can find the Glovewort Picker's Bell Bearing 3 in Crumbling Farum Azula. The bell bearing is on a gazebo in front a lake with two Wormface enemies.

The lake area is accessible by heading down using the elevator near the Crumbling Beast Grave Depths Site of Grace.

Strengthen Spirit Ashes

You can use the Grave Gloveworts that you have collected to strengthen Spirit Ashes. Similar to weapons, Spirit Ashes can be upgraded to a maximum of +10.

Special Spirit Ashes require Ghost Gloveworts

Note that certain Spirit Ashes with names such as Banished Knight Oleg and Black Knife Tiche require a different bolstering material called Ghost Gloveworts.

You can check which bolstering material is needed for each spirit ash on the Spirit Tuning screen when speaking with Roderika.

Ghost Gloveworts Farming Guide

Requires Advancing Roderika's Questline

You need to advance Roderika's questline to unlock the ability to upgrade Spriti Ashes. After giving the Chrysalids' Memento, talk to Smithing Master Hewg about Roderika to find out she has a gift for Spirit Tuning.

Alternate between the two as a mediator and eventually Hewg will comment that he promises to speak to Roderika. This unlocks Roderika as a Spirit Tuner once you fast travel away from the Roundtable Hold.
