Take the elevator down to the bottom area and look for the three enemies under the tree to find the corpse with the Somber Smithng Stone 9 on it.

Another Somber Smithing Stone 9 is on a corpse in the ruined section before the Dragon Temple Site of Grace. The corpse is on a ledge accessible by dropping down a hole next to a large leaning pillar.

If coming from the Dragon Temple Site of Grace, simply turn south and carefully drop down the ruined section and follow the path to where the corpse is sitting.

On the Bottom Level of Dragon Temple

Another Somber Smithing Stone 9 is on a corpse located on the outside area of the Dragon Temple, which is visible from the site of grace. Turn south from the Site of Grace and carefully drop to the ruined section and then drop further down to the lowest part of the Dragon Temple.

Head inside the archway and turn right and into a large section filled with sarcophagi and several Banished Knights. Turn right into the outside area and grab the Somber Smithing Stone from the corpse near the ledge.

On the Upper Balcony of Dragon Temple

A Somber Smithing stone 9 is on a corpse leaning on one of the pillars in the upper balcony on the northern section of the Dragon Temple.

You can access this by heading up the large spiral staircase and turning right into the area with the Imp Statue that unlocks access to Dragon Temple Lift Site of Grace. The corpse is on the opposite side of the area leaning on the fallen pillar close to an Azula Beastman.

You can find a Somber Smithing Stone 9 on a corpse in a small room guarded by a Crystalian in Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree.

You can access this are by dropping down to the pathway patrolled by a Putrid Tree Spirit, and heading to the north building. The room with the Crystalian is at the very end of this building.

Another Somber Smithing Stone 9 is on a corpse located in a secluded room in the lowest level of Elphael, guaraded by three Crystalians.

You can access the lowest level of Elphael by backtracking from the Elphael Inner Wall Site of Grace and by using one of the flying buttresses to safely drop down on one of the lower roofs.

Note: The lowest level of Elphael is patrolled by a Royal Revenant, which can teleport inside the room with the three Crystallians. Defeat the Revenant first before heading inside the room so that you only have to deal with the Crystallians.
