Note: Remembrances can be traded with Enia at the Roundtable Hold to get boss-related weapons and spells. If you do not need these Remembrance items, you can opt to consume Remembrances to get a fixed number of Runes.

Remembrance Points
Remembrance of the Blasphemous IconRemembrance of the Blasphemous ・Blasphemous Blade is one of the best weapons for PvE due to its skill Taker's Flames which deals fire damage and restores HP.
・Rykard's Rancor is a strong sorcery for dealing AoE damage and crowd control to mobs.
Remembrance of the Black Blade IconRemembrance of the Black Blade ・Maliketh's Black Blade's skill Destined Death is excellent for deal percentage HP damage against bosses. Great for Faith and Strength users.
・Black Blade is a powerful incantation that fires a ranged slice that causes percentage HP damage. Versatile for any Faith user.
Remembrance of the Blood Lord IconRemembrance of the Blood Lord ・Mohgwyn's Sacred Spear is a great high-reach bleed Greatspear for various users of Strength, Dexterity, and Arcane.
・Its skill Bloodboon Ritual is also great for huge AoE damage and mob farming.
・Bloodboon is a strong that deals both Fire and Bleed damage to a wide area in front of it. Good for Faith casters and also to users building into Arcane.
Remembrance of the Full Moon Queen IconRemembrance of the Full Moon Queen ・Rennala's Full Moon is a great AoE sorcery for any Intelligence-based build.
・Carian Regal Scepter is glintstone staff that boosts the power Rennala's Full Moon and other Full Moon sorceries.

The Remembrances above are ideal picks for duplication since both of their Remembrance items are versatile and can can pair well with each other.

If you decide to duplicate the above four (4) remembrances on your first playthrough, this leaves you with three (six if you have the DLC) more chances to duplicate others (such as the Elden Remembrance from the final boss).

Depending on your build, you will want to prioritize Remembrance items that benefit your playstyle. Remaining remembrances can always be duplicated with other Walking Mausoleums in further New Game Plus playthroughs.

There are a total of three (3) Remembrance Duplication Coffins in the DLC.

Remembrance Duplication Coffins are used for duplicating Remembrances in Shadow of the Erdtree DLC in the same manner as Walking Mausoleums. They can be found throughout the Realm of Shadow.

Interact with any of the coffins to pull up the remembrance duplication menu. Only one Remembrance may be duplicated for each coffin.

In Base Game: Duplicate at Walking Mausoleums

Elden Ring - Castle Sol Walking Mausoleum

Walking Mausoleums are gigantic walking platforms with bells found across the Lands Between.

Walking Mausoleums can be used to duplicate Remembrances. However, Remembrances can only be duplicated once per Walking Mausoleum in a playthrough. You can only duplicate a total of seven (7) Remembrances per playthrough or ten (10) if you have Shadow of the Erdtree DLC (counting the remembrance coffins).

Bring a Walking Mausoleum to ground level by destroying enough white glowing skulls on its legs. Afterwards, head inside and interact with the tomb at the center to access the Remembrance Duplication menu.

What are Remembrances?

Rewards Items from Specific Bosses

Remembrances are items only dropped by specific bosses in the game (there are a total of fifteen (15) Remembrances). You have the option of selling these for Runes or by trading it with Enia at the Roundtable Hold for various weapons, Ashes of War, and even sorceries and incantations.

Remembrances vanish upon being sold or having picked a Remembrance item from Enia. To obtain more of the same copy of a Remembrance, you must either duplicate it at Walking Mausoleums or defeat the same boss in New Game Plus.

The Remembrance of the Omen King's second item says the blasphemous blade but its the Regal Omen Bairn

Under the Omen King you posted the weapons/etc available incorrectly. The correction is: Morgot’s Cursed blade and Regal Omen Baird. Blasphemous Blade is not available with the Omen Kings remembrance. Still appreciate your layout though thanks
