Remembrances are only dropped by specific bosses in the game, it gives you the options of using it to acquire Runes or trade it with Enia at the Roundtable Hold for weapons, Ashes of War, and even spells. Do note that you can only acquire the Runes or an item of your choice from a Remembrance once.
Walking Mausoleums can be used to duplicate Remembrances. However, Remembrances can only be duplicated once per game.
Under the Omen King you posted the weapons/etc available incorrectly. The correction is: Morgot’s Cursed blade and Regal Omen Baird. Blasphemous Blade is not available with the Omen Kings remembrance. Still appreciate your layout though thanks
