The Ghost-Glovewort Picker's Bell Bearing allows you to unlock Ghost Gloveworts that can be purchased at an unlimited amount from the Twin Maiden Husks.

Note that the Great Ghost Glovewort cannot be purchased from the Twin Maiden Husks. Instead, you can find them as loot from various locations and as a reward for completing certain questlines.

How to Use Ghost Gloveworts

Strengthen Special Spirit Ashes

You can use the Ghost Gloveworts that you have collected to strengthen Special Spirit Ashes. Similar to weapons, Spirit Ashes can be upgraded to a maximum of +10.

Regular Spirit Ashes require Grave Gloveworts

Note that Spirit Ashes with no names such as the Spirit Jellyfish Ashes and Skeletal Militiamen Ashes require a different bolstering material called Grave Gloveworts.

You can check which bolstering material is needed for each spirit ash on the Spirit Tuning screen when speaking with Roderika.

Requires Advancing Roderika's Questline

You need to advance Roderika's questline to unlock the ability to upgrade Spriti Ashes. After giving the Chrysalids' Memento, talk to Smithing Master Hewg about Roderika to find out she has a gift for Spirit Tuning.

Alternate between the two as a mediator and eventually Hewg will comment that he promises to speak to Roderika. This unlocks Roderika as a Spirit Tuner once you fast travel away from the Roundtable Hold.
