Arrows, Bolts, Greatarrows, and Greatbolts from different merchants all over the Lands Between. Be sure to mark their location on the map should you wish to return to them to purchase more.

Ammuntion usually costs Runes. You can farm runes by defeating enemies and then respawning them at Sites of Grace.

Elden Ring - The Different Arrows and Bolts

Certain enemies may have a chance to drop arrows such as the Golem's Great Arrow and Perfumer's Bolt upon defeat.

To get increased chances of these items dropping, you need to boost your Arcane by using a Silver-Pickled Fowl Foot or equipping a Silver Scarab.

How to Use Arrows and Bolts

Equip Ranged Weapons

Ammo Type Weapon Type Perks
Arrows Light Bows and Bows ・Fast moveset
・Great for applying status
Bolts Crossbows ・Generally deals more damage than bows
Greatarrows Greatbows ・Generally faster than a Ballista while still dealing high damage
Greatbolts Ballista ・Boasts the most damage per shot of the ranged weapon types

Weapon performance may also depend on its Ash of War.

In order to use arrows and bolts, you will need to equip ranged weapons found throughout the Lands Between. Like every other weapon, they can be upgraded at a smith using Smithing Stones or Somber Smithing Stones.

I like hiw this claims to have all the arrows but I know of at least serpent arrows that are not listed. What other arrows are in the game that you're not posting?

Rainbow Stone Arrow. Need the Nomadic Warrior's Cookbook 7. Crafted with 3 Thin Beast Bones and 3 Ruin Fragments. Causes some kind of glow effect when arrow is drawn, on the enemy, and a shatter sound on impact. I'm not sure on the damage in comparison. Seems like it does more than regular arrows?
