You can find a Sacred Tear at the Third Church of Marika. Look for the soul next to the large sculpture surrounded by orange flowers to obtain the item.

Located inside the Callu Baptismal Church, in front of a statue, at the Weeping Peninsula region. It's recommended that you rest at the Ailing Village Outskirts Site of Grace located directly north of the church before picking up the item as there are several burning rats guarding the place.

Located inside the Church of Pilgrimage at the Weeping Peninsula region. The path leading to this place is guarded with skeletal enemies that reanimate after you kill them.

It's recommended that you travel with the Spectral Steed Whistle and head straight to rest at the Site of Grace inside instead.

Located inside the Fourth Church of Marika near the Site of Grace. The church is guarded by two headless soldiers, but you can sneak around the church and have your way inside without alerting them.

Head northwest of the Lake-Facing Cliffs Site of Grace and find the ruins of a church. Head inside and find the Sacred Tear near the large sculpture.

The Church of Inhibition can be accessed by taking the northern route and making a detour to the Frenzied Flame Village. Crossing this area causes the Madness status effect so be sure to head to the church as quickly as possible.

Note that an NPC invader named Vyke will appear near the church and will use attacks that cause Madness.

If you have unlocked the map of the area, be sure to head to the area with the large tree and activate the Site of Grace.

You can find a Sacred Tear near the large sculpture inside the Second Church of Marika. The church can be found north of the Altus Highway Junction Site of Grace.

You can reach the Church of the Plague by heading to the northern route or by breaking the seal in Selia, Town of Sorcery. The distance between the two routes is the same but we recommend taking the first route as you do not need to break the seal to enter the church.

Increase Amount Replenished by Flasks at a Site of Grace

Elden Ring - Rest at a Site of Grace
Find and rest at a Site of Grace and choose Flask from the menu options then select Increase amount replenished by flasks to upgrade your flask's potency.
