How to Use the Interactive Map

The Interactive Map both shows the location of key points on the map, and doubles as a collectible checker.

1. Click an icon on the right side to show all the pins of a specific type, or click the magnifying glass button to search for a specific pin by name.
2. Click a pin on the map to see its name and description, and a relevant picture or video if available.
3. From here, click Mark as Acquired to indicate that you've gotten a collectible already. This will change its icon on the map to show that it has been collected, and add 1 to that pin type's Counter.
4. To undo this, click on the same pin and click Restore to unclaimed.
5. To check how many pins you have marked so far, check the Counter in the bottom left, and click the icon that looks like a checklist to see counters for all pin types.
6. If the collected pins start to get in the way, you can hide them all by clicking the green Show Pins button on the left side.

Icon	How to Use
	Show Names This button reveals the Name of every icon currently shown.
	Show Pins This button will toggle between showing and hiding all the pins which you have already marked as acquired.
	Fullscreen This button will change the map display to fill the screen.
	Search Mode Toggle This button will display a searchbar which you can use to search for an individual pin by its name.
	Icon Mode Toggle In Search Mode, this button will toggle you back to Icon Mode, removing the search bar and displaying the icons again.
	All Pins This button is shown along with the Icons on the right when there are over 6 types of pins. Click it for a full selection of all available pin types.
	Counter Tracks the number of pins you have of a certain type. The pin type shown is set to the page and currently cannot be changed; however, all pin type counters can be viewed by clicking the checklist icon on the right side.
	View All Counters This icon is found on the right side of the Counter. When a map has more than one pin type, click this icon to see Counters for all pin types.
	Zoom In / Zoom Out This icon is found on the top left side of the map. You can press these buttons, or use your scroll wheel while hovering, to Zoom In and Out of the interactive map.

You can obtain the Somberstone Miner's Bell Bearing 3 on a body near the entrance of the First Church of Marika. The church can be found east of the Whiteridge Road at the Mountaintops of the Giants.

A Somber Smithing Stone 5 can be picked up from a corpse by the tree where an Ulcerated Tree Spirit spawns. The area is accessible from the Sunken Chapel Site of Grace after draining the water in Shadow Keep.

Obtain Early from a Ravine in Caelid

In-Game View	Map Location

From the Inner Aeonia site of grace in the Swamp of Aeonia in the Caelid region, travel north west until you see a giant scarab. Go further in until you reach a narrow ravine.

The ravine path is guarded by exploding Stone Worm monsters and by the end you see should a floating Stone Face monster hovering near giant crystal. Right next to it is the corpse with the Somber Smithing Stone 5.

From the Prison Town Church site of grace, head west, across roofs and down to the center of the town with a burning pyre. The Scarab holding a Somber Smithing Stone 5 is nearby.

From the Temple of Eiglay site of grace, head up the elevator, east out to the balcony, jump down into the hardened lava, and continue on the path, past the slugs and past the iron maiden enemy to find a scarab with the Somber Smithing Stone 5.

In Lower Siofra River, take a teleporter found on top of some stone ruins on the eastern side. Upon reaching the new area, head southwest into the tower to find the Somber Smithing Stone 5 on a corpse.

Head into Altus Tunnel in the Altus Plateau region. Head into the room right before the boss room, where there are wooden stairs heading up to an upper platform.

Go up the stairs and search the wall to your right. The a Somber Smithing Stone 5 should be stuck to the right wall near the dead end.

From the Shaded Castle Ramparts site of grace, head to the northwest corner of the outer ring of the Shaded Castle. The corpse containing the Somber Smithing Stone 5 is beside a dead tree. Be careful, as a strong enemy will appear as you approach.

On a Cavern Wall Inside Old Altus Tunnel

From the Old Altus Tunnel site of grace, descend to the lowest area guarded by Leyndell Knights. Defeat the knights and head to the area behind the northern shack.

Follow the path and shortly you will see a cavern. Search the southwest section of the cavern walls to obtain the Somber Smithing Stone 5.

From the Rampart Side Path site of grace in the Altus Plateau region, head north and just follow the path. Keep going until you reach the ruins.

Head the the western cliff edge of the ruins where there is a corpse sitting on a chair facing the Minor Erdtree. Loot the corpse to get the Somber Smiting Stone 5.

From the Erdtree Sanctuary site of grace, head west. Just before the west exit, enter the room up north. There is a corpse there with three Somber Smithing Stones. This area can still be accessed even after setting the Erdtree on fire.
