You can find a Great Grave Glovewort on a sacrophagus west of the Dragon Temple site of grace in the Crumbling Farum Azula.
From the Dragon Temple site of grace, jump towards the floating platform and head right to where the undead enemy appears to ambush you. Cross the ruined pillar on the left and climb up the ladder.
Head straight towards the sacrophagus and pick up the Great Grave Glovewort. Note that three undead enemies will ambush from behind once you obtain the item.

From the Crumbling Beast Grave Depths site of grace take the northwest exit. Move pass the row of sarcophagus and ignore the exit right next to the summopning pool.
Head to the overlooking outside and from there jump to the roof on the northwest and then enter the upper section of the next area once you reach the apex of the roof. The Great Grave Glovewort is on the other end of this area or the northeast section guarded by three Beastmen.

From the Drainage Channel site of grace of the Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree take the west exit going up and climb the ladder up. Exit the area and head to the flower slope going up where a Kindred of Rot is guarding the branch that extends to the scarlet rot pond. Traverse the branch and head to the pond.
An Ulcerated Tree Spirit will spawn in the middle of the pond which will drop a Golden Seed when defeated. After beating it you can now pick up the Great Grave Glovewort.
