From the Dynasty Mausoleum Midpoint site of grace, head southwest to go back to the dark cave area. Once there, go south to the location with all the large tombstones and then further down east to the glowing Great Ghost Glovewort but be quick as this area is crawling with exploding undead that causes bloodloss.

From the Nokstella, Eternal City site of grace travel north to the room guarded by a boulder. Defeat the boulder to be able to open the chest at end of the room and obtain the Great Ghost Glovewort.

After defeating the Dragonkin Soldier of Nokstella, unlock the nearby site of grace and head to the area where the Giant Skeleton is seated. There will be a chest there, open it for the Great Ghost Glovewort.

The Night's Sacred Ground is located at the Siofra River region. Head north straight from this grace to the Giant Skeleton's throne, but be careful because one of the mimic will turn into a Giant. Once you reach the room under the giant skeleton open the chest for the Great Ghost Glovewort and the Fingerslayer Blade.
