From a Chest in Oridys' Rise

Once you've unlocked Oridys' Tower by completing the Three Wise Beasts puzzle, head inside, climb the ladder, then follow the winding steps to the top. Inside, you'll find a chest containing the Memory Stone.

Climb up the dilapidated left outer wall surrounding Converted Tower, then at the back, jump to the tower's roof. Climb up the winding steps to a room with the treasure chest.

Once you've unlocked Testu's Tower by completing the Three Wise Beasts puzzle, head inside, climb the ladder, then follow the winding steps to the top. Inside, you'll find a chest containing the Memory Stone.

Using the Spirit Spring to the right side of Lenne's Rise, shoot up to the roof of the tower and hop once more to get to a flat platform, then take the stairs all the way up to the open room. Inside, you'll find the chest containing the Memory Stone.

You can obtain a Memory Stone as a reward for defeating the Red Wolf of Radagon at the Academy of Raya Lucaria. The boss can be found near the Schoolhouse Classroom Site of Grace.

Another Memory Stone can be obtained after defeating Demi-Human Queen Maggie at the Hermit Village in Mt. Gelmir. You can find the village west of Seethewater River.

Memory Stones take effect immediately after aquiring one. Upon obtaining a Memory Stone you'll be granted an additional Memory Slot for your spells or incantations.

Memorize Spells at a Site of Grace

Rest at a Site of Grace and select Memorize Spells and equip a spell or incantation in a memory slot.
