Start from the Prayer Room site of grace and head to the first floor. Jump on the pillar on the railing and head to the area where the scarab is. Once you have reached the area, jump on the pillar in front of you to head up.

From the Prayer Room site of grace, head down the stairs and jump on the second pillar that connects to the tower. Head down the tower and use the ledges to reach to the bottom of the walkway.
