The Oval Charm raises the chance of an Egg appearing in the Pokemon Nursery in Solaceon Town. This helps speed up the process of getting Eggs from the Nursery and hatching them as you go.

Become Champion and Beat Morimoto

Oval Charm

After becoming Champion, head to the Hotel Grand Lake located in Route 213. Talk to Morimoto (the guy swimming in the pool) and beat him in a Pokemon Battle and he will give you the Oval Charm
