If you turn on the DS Sounds, you will be able to listen to the music of the original Pokemon Diamond and Pearl. This applies everwhere including buildings, the Grand Underground, caves, during battle, and more.
A guitarist located in the far left hotel in Hotel Grand Lake located in Route 213 will give you the DS Sounds after beating Cynthia and becoming champion.
