this needs updating, many of the tms are available but not listed, example ive found thief and volt switch from the trader

Stop time traveling by changing the date on your Switch. No, really, the game detects when you changed the clock and freezes time sensitive events for a while when you do that.
How can you get the vendors to change what they are asking to exchange, its been like a week, and they are asking for the exact same thing. Its starting to get annoying.
