I'm an idiot I just realized that my Buneary has klutz. I'm really tired right now so disregard that earlier comment.
I have the shell bell and I'm using it with my Buneary. It's not gaining any HP at all after I hit my moves. Been using fake out, quick attack, and double kick. Not a single HP gained it's very frustrating.
