Effect	An item to be held by a Pokémon. This light, sharp claw lets the bearer move first occasionally.

You can get a Quick Claw by talking to the blonde girl inside the Jubilife Condominiums just north of the Poke Mart.

As Held Item on Wild Pokemon

Meowth About 5% chance	Persian About 5% chance	Sneasel About 5% chance
Zangoose About 5% chance	Weavile About 5% chance

Increase Chances by using a Pokemon with Super Luck

We recommend bringing a Pokemon such as Absol, with the Super Luck Ability which increases the chance for Wild Pokemon to have a held item. Absol can also learn the move Thief to take the item from the opponent without the need of catching it. Just make sure Absol isn't holding any items beforehand.

Obtain from Wild Meowth

Wild Meowth can be found in the Trophy Garden. There's a chance that some of them are holding a Quick Claw.
