Route 223 Objectives

Steps to proceed through Route 223
1 Travel north until you reach the area where you meet trainer Sailor Zachariah. To reach the other side, walk to the west and use Surf.
2 Keep travelling north until you reach the waterfall.
3 Use Waterfall to swim up. You are now in Pokemon League South.
Heal your Pokemon at the Pokemon Center.
4 Enter Victory Road.
