You can catch a Remoraid at the beach using a Good Rod and show it to the Fisherman inside the house nearest to the stairs. If the Remoraid you caught is big enough, he will reward you with a Net Ball.

There is another trainer inside the poke fan house (next to the fisherman looking for a remoraid) a poke kid with 2 Pikachu. Both level 42
