Don't forget to stop by the Lost Tower in Route 209 to get TM96 Strength from the old lady at the top floor.
This move is very important to progress the story so make sure to get it.
There is a Fisherman in one of the bridges in the Route that will give you a Good Rod when talked to. This rod allows you to catch Water-type Pokemon at a slightly higher level than using the Old Rod.
If you have yet to catch a Water-type Pokemon at this point, try fishing for a Magikarp using the Good Rod. Magikarp caught with this fishing rod ranges between Lvl. 10 to 25.
Magikarp evolves into Gyarados at Lvl. 20, so try catching a Magikarp close to this level or above it so that you can add a strong Water-type Pokemon for your team!
There is a broken stone tower on the eastern side of the route. Use the Odd Keystone that you got from the Hidden Man on Route 208 to turn it into the Hallowed Tower
To complete the Hallowed Tower sidequest, you need to interact with 32 unique named NPCs in the Grand Underground. You can check your progress by interacting with the Hallowed Tower, which will cause a message to pop up.
Once you have interacted with 32 unique named NPCs, inspect the Hallowed Tower and you'll be attacked by a Lvl. 25 Spiritomb.
Once you defeat or catch Spirtomb, you can interact with 32 unique named NPCs in the Grand Underground once more to spawn another Spiritomb on the Hallowed Tower.
