Who is Commander Jupiter?

Galactic Commander at Eterna HQ

Jupiter is one of the three Commanders of Team Galactic.

She first appears in Team Galactic Building in Eterna City, and is briefly seen in Lake Acuity where she easily defeats Barry.

Later on, you battle against her in Spear Pillar in a Double Battle with Mars against the player and Barry.
