Oddly enough I put a cheri and two pinap berries together and got lvl 18 and lvl 9, depending on mixing time. They didn't come out foul though! I came to find out why all my subsequent attempts were foul (repeat berries). So strange! I cooked them before participating in any contests if that makes any difference...

cheri+razz+pinap+iapapa = spicy-dry (got two results 33 and 18, so depends on how 'well' you cook them)

Grepa, pecha, bluk, and persim made sour-sweet level 40

Tamato, Grepa, Pecha and Bluk berries made level 28 sweet poffins

Grepa, Aguav, Rawst and Sitrus berries made level 19 sour-bitter poffins

I've found that: you cannot put more than one of the same type of berry into a poffin; and that you have to stir according to the lights around the bowl. Pink means you need to stir very slowly, yellow means you need to stir a little bit faster, and blue means you need to stir so fast it almost spills. As for an actual recipe, I put in a razz, aguav, pinap and persim berry into the mix and made 4 level 7 spicy-dry poffins. I'll keep adding recipes as I make better ones :)
