The page for the Earthquake TM says that it can be picked up using this ability, but I cannot see it here

Hi! The order for rarity goes: Ultra Rare > Super Rare > Very Rare > Rare > Uncommon > Common > Very Common We'll try to make this more clear on the page, thank you for your feedback :)
