To get both Shellos forms, all you need to do is catch different Shellos on both eastern and western sides of Mount Coronet.

Shellos (East Sea) will appear in locations where Shellos can be found east of Mt. Coronet. On the other hand, Shellos (West Sea) can be encountered on locations west of Mt. Coronet.
