Evolve Magneton in Mt. Coronet

To obtain Magnezone, bring a Magneton inside Mt. Coronet and raise its level to evolve it into Magnezone.

Magneton needs a magnetic field in order for it to evolve. You can enter Mt. Coronet to achieve this and level it up to obtain its evolution!

Evolve Magneton with a Thunder Stone

Instead of leveling up Magneton in Mt. Coronet, you can also make it evolve by using a Thunder Stone on it.

Use the Thunder Stone from your bag and select Magneton in your party to make it evolve!

I just accidentally evolved my Magneton into Magnezone using a Thunderstone, I had no idea that was even possible. I'm nowhere near Mt. Coronet, and I didn't just level up at the end of a battle, I used a Thunderstone and it evolved.
