Reliquary Vault Keys are currently not accessible to players as the feature is not yet available. However, GGG's Early Access Supporter Pack Notes for the game state that keys would begin dropping throughout the game sometime after the early access release.

Map Where Players Can Obtain Nominated Uniques

Reliquary Vault

The Reliquary Vault, much like in Path of Exile 1, is a map where players can obtain foiled unique items other players nominated. To do this, players must attain and use a Reliquary Vault Key to enter the map node.

How to Nominate a Unique Item

Players must purchase the Liberator of Wraeclast Supporter Pack and obtain a Twilight Order Reliquary Submission to nominate a Unique Item. After attaining one, they can use it, select a Unique item they want to nominate, and write down a note for the receiver.

Players should note that the Unique item they want to select must be in their stash or inventory for the nomination to proceed.

Unique Items Become Foiled

Whenever a player nominates a Unique item, it becomes a foiled version of itself. A foiled Unique is essentially the same item but with different colors and an applied reflective effect.
