How to Nominate a Unique Item

Players must purchase the Liberator of Wraeclast Supporter Pack and obtain a Twilight Order Reliquary Submission to nominate a Unique Item. After attaining one, they can use it, select a Unique item they want to nominate, and write down a note for the receiver.
