Solrock and Mawile can be found in Stargleam Cave, as well as, Dazzling Cave in Brilliant Diamond.
Spheal/Sealeo/Walrein was exclusive to Pearl in the original but this is not the case with BDSP.
In this article the "Rocky Cave" and "Spacious Cave" has been switched

Can confirm ryhorn, togepi, houndoom, swinub catchable in underground before nat dex
Several of the ones listed as 'National' can be found well before that. I'm before the Veilstone gym and have yet to beat it, and so far I've already seen / caught: Absol, Houndoom, Scyther, Ralts, Magnemite ( i THINK I saw Rhyhorn but I'm not entirely certain without checking the game stream ). I play BD.
I was able to find Absol before I did the Veilstone gym.
