For darkrai shaymin you can get the items needed via mystery gift but only at certain times and for arceus you need a save file from the game itself on the switch u are using

uh quick question i keep trying to find how to get my rayquaza learn dragon ascent but it said it needs to be lvl 1 how excactly am i going make my rayquaza lvl 1? when the rayquaza in pokemon bdsp is lvl 70?
