The Spires of Deshar is an area you can access from Path of Mourning. You'll be led to this place if you're doing the The Trail of Corruption main quest.
This area consists of several open spaces with terrain connected by narrow bridges. You have to fight through Faridun Swordsmen, Faridun Heavy Infantry, and Faridun Bladedancers, along with other enemies. As you progress through the area, you will encounter The Defiled Spire, where you must defeat Tor Gul, the Defiler. The boss is stationary in the middle of the region. Still, its attacks can cover most of the area you can move around.

The Spires of Deshar is accessible upon completing the quests A Crown of Stone, The City of Seven Waters, and A Theft of Ivory during The Trail of Corruption Quest in Act 2. Using the Desert Map in The Ardura Caravan, travel to Deshar and look for the entrance to the Path of Mourning. The entrance to The Spires of Deshar can be found within the Path of Mourning.
Go to The Spires of Deshar and proceed to the opposite end of the area to reach and fight Tor Gul, the Defiler to progress through The Trail of Corruption Quest.
Similar to Path of Mourning, the area before The Spires of Deshar, the region cosists of small branching sub-areas connected by narrow bridges. The area's main boss can be found on the direct opposite end of the map, but you may encounter the Sisters of Garukhan along the way.
It is important to note that the areas are randomly generated and that the maps used are meant to serve as a general guide to the map layout.
