Can You explain why? i am new to the game, don't want to make a mistake at the beginning,
this build is really bad
I think I may have misunderstood...when it says body equipment on the ascendancy node, is that literally the chest piece or does that account for the other pieces if equipment such as helmet?
Hello! I'm still confused on the spirit requirements. You mentioned that you stack a high level amount of evasion and energy shield on other pieces of equipment to generate spirit but the ascendancy note specifically states that spirit generation is only for the body equipment.
Hello, thank you for using our build guide as a reference! As for the change of focus into Ice Strike, the build opted to swap to Ice Strike as Herald of Ice allowed the build to push through higher-tier maps. In regards to Spirit requirements, the build mainly stacks a high amount of Evasion Rating and Energy Shield on the other pieces of equipment to reach the Spirit required for the build!

What happened to the lightning build this used to be? Switching the skills entirely like this to ice should just be a new build posted. How can I see the old lightning tempest flurry build that had me cruising through T10? And what am I missing re: spirit needed for this build? It's impossible to get with the ascendancy tree and Voll's chest piece.
Are you a little bit retarded? I did it without problems, meanwhile I am end Act 3 and still no problem. Maybe the char or game is not for you
Another option I've been using for gaining charges is with redflare conduit anchorite garb. It has a 20 percent chance to gain a charge per attack. You get a lot of charges with this armor so prepare to get the ailment shocked on your character frequently. But it allows you to use another charge spender like flicker strike or falling thunder, while still having enough charges to keep charged staff going.
I've been following this build but branched off on how to gain power charges, I'm using Reaper's Invocation + Impetus to activate Profane Ritual as well as having an additional profane ritual gem equipped for a manual cast option supported by Profusion. It's VERY consistent and very comfortable to use & gain charges with during mapping, much easier and more reliable than using lingering illusion & killing palm, highly recommend!

You really need to take all the nodes that lead from the beginning node on the right hand side up to and including Step Like Mist or else you are going to run out of mana very quickly when using Tempest Flurry and Tempest Bell against Act 1 Boss.
When do you plan updating this build. I find it very good but I'm stuck now waiting for you to update it.
I don't understand why we don't nab Crashing Wave with 2 skill points? Seems worth it since we're investing in crits.
