Tevent's Soul Fragment will have a chance to drop from the following Archbosses: Tevent. Archbosses are the most powerful bosses in Throne and Liberty, requiring a large amount of players to beat.
Archbosses only spawn once per week. Depending on the weekly rotation, Tevent will either spawn in Peace (cooperative PvE) or Conflict (competitive PvP) modes. Check out the Event Schedule tab in the Map menu to view when they spawn in your server.
