With excellent mobility, high attack speed, and plenty of multi-hit attacks, this build is perfect for building up Thundercloud stacks and detonating them with Brutal Incision. Specializations allow this build to deal damage to multiple targets, allowing it to shred mobs and bosses alike with ease.

Focus on getting 60 Dexterity and and 50 Wisdom. This will increase the damage dealt by the skills, while providing much needed Mana and cooldown reduction. It will also provide a lot of Crtitical Hit Chance.
Increase Perception for increased Buff Duration and Range before dumping the restt into Strength.

Block Blade Block Blade Defends against attacks. On defending against a Fury Attack while stationary, 180 Mana regenerates. On Defending against a Fury Attack within 0.5s, Block Blade changes to Poison Dagger for 3s. Wrath Attacks can’t be defended. Use with the directional buttons to defend against attacks while moving 4m to the designated direction for 0.5s. Becomes Stealthed for 3s to make yourself unable to be targeted and increase Mana Regen by 450 after defending against Fury or Wrath Attack. Block Blade changes to Poison Dagger. The first attack while Stealthed is a Critical Hit. Stealth ends when you attack or morph. Poison Dagger: Throws up to 5 daggers at enemies within a 5m radius, dealing 100% damage and applying Weaken: Poison. Distributes the attack if there are multiple enemies within range.

Multi-hit attacks are where this build really shines, so they are prioritised in this build. Skills such as Knife Throwing, Frenzied Sword Dance, and Merciless Barrage allow for multiple hits and are perfect for this build.
When levelling, level up Brutal Incision first, followed by Shadow Strike and Inject Venom. The build will come together as you level, so prioritize the most important DPS skills first as levelling progresses.
Passives are used to supplement the stacking of Thundercloud, along with significant damage boosts.

To complement this build, it is recommended to take two pieces of the Death Set for the critical damage increase and two pieces of the Ghost Wolf Set for the bonus damage.
The rest of the gear is tuned to achieve 50 Dexterity and 50 Wisdom, while increasing the duration of buffs and reducing cooldowns. This leaves points to spend on Strength for more survivability, or Perception for more hit and damage.

The advent of runes made it possible to achieve multiple stat breakpoints in builds that were unattainable prior to their release.
Go for Critical Hit Chance and Heavy Attack Chance whenever possible to increase your damage output. Get the Evasion that you need the most, as well as Max Health after for survivability. Max Mana and Mana Cost Efficiency will help with Mana management, while Weaken Chance will help apply the Weapon Effect of Queen Bellandir's Toxic Spine Throwers.
For Rune Synergy, get enough Dexterity to reach the 60 Dexterity breakpoint, then put the rest into Perception. Get Attack Speed and Cooldown Speed for additional damage, then Movement Speed and Max Health for survivability.

Assassination provides the most damage increase thanks to its passives, especially Deep Grudge and Madenning Excitement. The rest of the points go to the Poison tree for easy Thunder Cloud stacking, as well as other helpful passives along the way.
Maxing out the Chainfire tree is the best option, as all of it's passives contribute significantly to increasing DPS. The Move tree is also of great benefit, as it increases the chance of a Heavy Attack and increased Movement Speed, so max that tree as well.

Begin the every encounter by using Inject Venom first, then apply the debuffs. Nimble Leap is used to trigger the damage increasing passives. Start stacking Thundercloud stacks via skills, then trigger them with Brutal Incision.
Keep in mind that Weak Point Shot provides a critical damage increase debuff on the target when it is applied when it's trying to do a Fury attack. Applying this consistently can lead to faster clear times!

Reusing the skill within 9s will trigger a stabbing attack with the both hands, where stab inflicts 110% + 4 damage, and then turn to inflict additional 240% + 9 damage. Applies Weaken: Thunderclouds to every target within a 3m radius of the target.

Nimble Leap Move 5m towards the designated direction. Attack Speed increases by 20%, Range increases by 20% and Critical Damage increases by 6% for 0.5s.

Rapid Shot Deals damage equal to 210% of Base Damage + 29 to targets within 100% range inside a 60-degree cone.

Annihilation Barrage Shot Shoot arrows with both hands 16 times each to a 6m radius area. Arrows deal 19% of Base Damage + 3 to the enemy hit. On each consecutive hit tot he same target, Damage 8% ▲ (Stacks up to 10 times). The number of attacks can be increased up to 24 times each, based on the Attack Chance of the equipped Off-hand Weapon.

Frenzied Sword Dance A special growth skill that can only be grown with Precious Training Books: Omnipotence. Approach the target and deal 160% + 18 of the basic damage. Attack 7 times in quick succession. The 7 attacks will be spread out amongst all valid targets within 6m.

No slouch in the mobbing department, this build can deal surprisingly respectable AOE damage in a short amount of time. Wait for the opportune moment when targets are tightly packed before unleashing all of the active skills.
Finish off any surviving targets with Brutal Incision.
