Dimensional Essence: Salvation can be crafted by the Senior Weapon Crafter NPC at any of Solisium's major cities. Click on the Bag symbol in the NPC's crafter menu to find the option to craft Dimensional Essence: Salvation.

Note: To get Dimensional Soul Shards, you will need to run Level 50+ Co-Op Dungeons and open the chests at the end (after beating the dungeon boss).
