Uncommon Contract Scrolls refer to the Allied Resistance Forces Contract Scroll I's available in-game.
You can get Allied Forces Seal I's by Dissolving your unwanted Uncommon Contract Scrolls. Since these scrolls deal with Open World Dungeons, you can dissolve scrolls of dungeons you don't plan to farm and use the extra seals to target-craft the scrolls of dungeons you do want to run.

| 1 |  To Dissolve an Uncommon Contract Scroll, press the  Dissolve button found at the bottom right of the Inventory screen to bring up the Dissolve menu. |
| 2 |  Then, press the Allied Resistance Forces Contract Scroll I that you want to dissolve to quickly add it to the menu. |
| 3 |  After confirming the amount of scrolls you want to Dissolve, hit Y and spend Sollant to Dissolve your selected scrolls into seals. |
