Tevent's Grasp of Withering will have a chance to drop from Tevent, an Archboss that only spawns once per week. Depending on the weekly rotation, Tevent will either spawn in Peace (cooperative PvE) or Conflict (competitive PvP) modes.

Archbosses are the most powerful bosses in Throne and Liberty, requiring a large amount of players to beat. Check out the Event Schedule tab in the Map menu to view when Tevent spawns in your server.

Tevent's Grasp of Withering can be crafted by the Weapon Crafter NPC at any of Solisium's major cities. However, do note that Epic rarity items can only be crafted by Senior Weapon Crafter NPCs.

Note: Most Rare and Epic weapons are difficult to craft due to how the Lithograph requirement works in TL. Unless you're looking to craft a Great Success version of the weapon to sell at the Auction House, you're better off farming for the weapon instead of crafting it.
