You can have up to two Daily Pokemon that you can encounter in the Trophy Garden after obtaining the National Dex. After 24 hours, a new one will appear and the oldest featured Pokemon will be taken out of the options.
You can always check the newest daily Pokemon by speaking to Mr. Backlot.
