I don't think sad letters, reading or words exist, mr. anonymous. How you feel is 100% generated from within: breath, posture, thought, perspective, etc. 100% determines how you feel. That is 100% You and only you, it's just that you are not conscious about it, it works automatically if you ignore it.
How about some spellchecking? Reading things like "altas" is just sad and shows no-one really read the text before publishing.
