Necklace of Vitality can be crafted by the Accessories Crafter NPC at any of Solisium's major cities. However, do note that Epic rarity items can only be crafted by Senior Accessory Crafter NPCs.

Necklace of Vitality will have a chance to drop from enemies inside special Dungeons found in the open world. To get a chance at a drop, you will need to kill the following enemies while having Abyss Contract Tokens:
