Ruby Bangle will have a chance to drop from the following enemies:

Difficulty: Field Boss
Note: Boss will go live on 10/24 for Early Access and 10/29 for Full Launch.
Reptilian Fighter
(Lvl. 50) 		Area: Stonegard
Region: Saurodoma Island
Location: Saurodoma Island Lava Cave
Enemy Type: Wildkin
Difficulty: Party

The Ruby Bangle can be crafted by the Accessories Crafter NPC at any of Solisium's major cities. However, do note that Epic rarity items can only be crafted by Senior Accessory Crafter NPCs.

Note: Most Rare and Epic accessories are difficult to craft due to how the Lithograph requirement works in TL. Unless you're looking to craft a Great Success version of the accessory to sell at the Auction House, you're better off farming for the accessory instead of crafting it.
