Go to a barber shop, which are generally found in major cities, and choose Modify Appearance. You can then choose to modify your character, The Arisen, or your Main Pawn's appearance. Options include changing the height if you want to adjust your character's size.

This option can't be selected if you aren't carrying an Art of Metamorphosis in your inventory.
