Duospears are the main and only weapons for the Mystic Spearhands, one of the hybrid vocations in Dragon's Dogma 2. Other characters with different vocations won't be able to equip and use them other than Mystic Spearhands!
How to Unlock Mystic Spearhand Vocation
Pawns won't be able to equip and use Duospears as the Mystic Spearhand vocation is exclusive to the Arisen, your main character. You can save or sell a Duospear depending on if you change your Arisen's vocation to a Mystic Spearhand!
