Begin the Readvent of Calamity Quest
The Readvent of Calamity quest starts off the long journey to romancing Ulrika. The quest begins in Melve, where you will have to repel a dragon attack. Ulrika will then talk to you and express her gratitude after driving the dragon away.
Readvent of Calamity Walkthrough
Visit Ulrika at Her House
Leave Melve and return there after a day has passed. Go to Ulrika's house found on the western side of the village, beside the Potions shop. She will invite you to stay for the night. Upon waking up, you'll find that Ulrika has left Melve to avoid being apprehended.
Go to Harve Village
Lennart will then ask you to look for Ulrika. You can find her in Harve Village. To get there, just follow the path west of Vernworth.
Once you arrive, talk to Ulrika in middle of the town and she will tell you that she'll be staying in the village for a while to investigate the dragon's whereabouts.
You can then return to Merlve to report to Lennart on Ulrika's location to end the Readvent of Calamity quest.
Complete Scaly Invaders to Access Harve Village
Do note that if this is your first time visiting the village, you will have to complete the Scaly Invaders side quest before being able to talk to Ulrika.

Complete Trouble on the Cape Quest
Leave Harve Village and return there after a few days to automatically trigger a cutscene that begins the Trouble on the Cape quest. During this quest, you will assist Ulrika in rescuing a villager trapped and surrounded by lizardmen in Stormwind Cave.
Trouble on the Cape Walkthrough and Location
Begin Home is Where the Hearth Is Quest
The final quest to romance Ulrika is Home is Where the Hearth Is quest. Return to the now heavily guarded Melve and offer the guard a bribe of 5,000 gold to enter the village.
Talk to Lennart at Ulrika's house and offer him four swords from your inventory to arm the villagers and help fight off the guards. After the fight, report back to Ulrika who is located by the pier in Harve Village.
Home is Where the Hearth Is Walkthrough and Rewards
Visit Ulrika by the Pier at Nighttime
Ulrika will ask you to visit her again by the pier during nighttime, where you and her will share an intimate moment together. After this, you have successfully romanced Ulrika.
Is Ulrika Romance Missable?
Potentially Missable
Romance with Ulrika is potentially missable, since the The Readvent of Calamity quest is a time-sensitive quest that involves a dragon attacking Melve. If you choose to ignore this quest once you get it, Ulrika will no longer appear in the subsequent quests related to her Romance.
As of writing, we are still confirming if you're truly locked out from romancing her after missing the quest or if there's a another method to romance her other than doing the The Readvent of Calamity quest.

I missed this quest because I didn't know you could visit her again in the beginning. I finished the trouble on the cape quest but Ulrika wasn't there and Fyoran was banished from the village.
